glō BEAUTY STUDIO is a calm, welcoming, inclusive studio specializing in lashes, brows, skin care, and a holistic approach to beauty, life, self-love, and energy. I welcome everyone to come in for a unique experience filled with positive energy, respect, warmth, and one on one personalized service.

All of my services are customized to each individual client, and I pride myself on a personalized approach to each appointment. I take the time to educate clients on products, service procedures, expectations, and protocols to ensure they feel comfortable and confident at every appointment

Payment Information

I accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.

My customers are the driving reason behind my decision to provide a Cash Discount. To keep prices competitive and business profitable, I offer a 4% discount to all customers who choose to pay with cash. I still welcome other payment methods, though those transactions will be processed at the standard prices and will not be eligible for the 4% discount.

I believe that my customers are the best, and I look forward to maintaining fair and competitive pricing!

Gift certificates are available to purchase! Gift certificates can be customized to a dollar amount or particular service.

Studio Etiquette

The studio is open by appointment only, and I do not take walk in clients at this time

The studio is private and quiet. Please be courteous to staff and other clients.

No children or additional guests allowed without a scheduled appointment. The services I provide require delicate precision, chemicals, and often sharp tweezers and tools. This is not an appropriate environment for small children, and I politely ask that they don't accompany you to your appointment. I understand that there are certain circumstances, however please communicate that with me prior to your appointment so that we can ensure the best solution.

Please do not bring outside food (especially fast food) into the studio, to avoid any unnecessary smells, messes, stains, accidents, and clean up. Please finish any food or snacks prior to your appointment.

Please DO NOT enter the studio prior to your scheduled appointment time!!

All appointments are conducted on a one on one basis
Entering early could be disruptive of the current service being provided to another client - Please be respectful of their time and experience!
If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle or in the hall so as not to interrupt another client appointment.
If the door is closed, it is locked. You will be welcomed in at your scheduled appointment time.

Please be sure to end all calls/FaceTime sessions prior to entering the studio

Please silence your phone ringer/smart watch/electronic devices

I love to get to know my clients, and welcome conversations when possible. Many of my services require absolute stillness, so please don’t be offended if I politely ask that talking be kept to a minimum to keep the face still. Many clients choose to bring earbuds to listen to their favorite music or podcast, or even opt for a quick nap while relaxing in the recliner chair!

Please don't hesitate to ask for a silent appointment. If you are anxious, tired, mentally drained, or just want to avoid conversation, I am happy to respect your request and give you uninterrupted quiet time with no judgement.

I want your time in the studio to be personalized to you, and I will do my best to accommodate any additional needs or requests you may have.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

I strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability. Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48-hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24-hours in advance, you will be subject to pay a $50 cancellation fee. You will not be able to reschedule your appointment until the $50 cancellation fee has been paid. This fee can be waived at my discretion depending on circumstances.

All appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed via telephone or text message.

Please note that if you do cancel your appointment, I will try my best to schedule you in as soon as possible. If I am unable to accommodate this, the price and length of next appointment is subject to change due to the length and time between services.

No-Show Policy

Clients who have no-showed to an appointment will be charged a $50 no-show fee.

The $50 no-show fee must be paid in advance in order to book a future appointment.

Clients who have no-showed more than once will result in a loss of privileges to schedule any future appointments at Glō Beauty Studio.

Late-Arrival Policy

I ask that my clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of your service may be reduced due to time restraints.

Clients arriving over 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments.

Please understand that showing up late can also affect the quality and completion of the services given. The type of appointment may be subject to change as there might not be enough time to complete the desired service. This can also result in a price adjustment which will be discussed by your artist prior to starting your service.

15 minutes late is considered a no-show.

Client tardiness does not exclude paying full price for services
